Executive Management
Our Managing Board.
The five members of our Executive Management are tasked with leading the company: They are each responsible for at least one business division. With their commitment and expertise, they strengthen the performance, innovative capacity and sustainable development of Redcare Pharmacy.
The Board is also responsible for achieving operational and financial targets, deploying human and financial resources, the company's risk management and control system as well as ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Its members are appointed by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
